Shipping FAQs
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on business days are dispatched same day. Orders placed after noon or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Order page at any time.
What if I am not home during delivery?
Our dispatch rider will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, they will contact you to arrange a convenient time. Unclaimed packages are returned to our warehouse after 3 days.
Do you ship outside Ghana?
Currently we only deliver within Ghana. International shipping is on our roadmap for 2027.
