1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the SwiftWashGH website and placing orders through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of SwiftWashGH.
2Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, though orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price shown at checkout. Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual packaging may vary slightly from images displayed. We make every effort to display accurate stock levels. In the rare event that a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
3Orders & Payment
Orders are accepted subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfers, and major debit/credit cards. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when payment is verified and your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued to the original payment method.
4Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. SwiftWashGH is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery zones, timelines, and fees.
5Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Please refer to our Returns Policy for the complete returns process. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.
6Intellectual Property
All content on the SwiftWashGH website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design elements — is the intellectual property of SwiftWashGH and protected by Ghanaian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written consent.
7Limitation of Liability
SwiftWashGH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to damage to fabrics, allergic reactions, or delays in delivery. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total value of the order in question.
8Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
9Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
